Continuing the ‘shoegaze’ theme, next up we have Amethyst Veins (aka AMTHV) a brilliant duo from Naberezhnye Chelny Tatarstan, currently residing in Moscow.
As is often the case with this genre, the members go by first name only:

Without reservation, I have to say Feruza has one of most beautiful voices I’ve heard in a long time, and one of the most captivating lyrical and melodic styles I’ve heard ever. I lose all sense of time listening to her and just drift into oblivion.
Information about this group is sparse, which I’ve found to be typical of the genre, where the emphasis is on the music rather than the people making it. This 2018 Interview (in Russian) was about all I could find. If you don’t speak Russian, you can run it through a translator to get a picture of what they’re about. Feruza’s comment on why she sings in Russian is interesting and reveals her dedication to the art. This is a serious singer/songwriter I expect to hear more of in the future.

Don't think so. I only came across spider veins and varicose veins as medical terms. There was a recovery center called Amethyst and it had a page on damaged veins but amethyst veins were not mentioned. Alcohol can cause the purple veins.
